Some interesting Wallingford facts for you!

Built in 1930 this all female residence houses 74 women on 4 floors

Adjacent to Cootes Paradise on the western edge of campus

Rooms house one (single), two (double) and four (quad) occupants

Residents share a furnished common room/lounge with cable television

Also shared are kitchenette facilities located on the first and second floors each having a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster and kettle (no dishes or cutlery supplied)

Laundry facilities, with irons and ironing boards and study rooms are located in the lower level

Located on the main floor is the beautiful "tea room"

The building is so small, so it might be hard finding other Wally girls on MI, but check out the facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/202853516503695/

Not actually in res at Wallingford hall, but I see it when I walk by and it looks like a very pretty building with so much history (I enjoy architecture). I've heard about the tea-room as well, are guests allowed in there?

Like all residences, to enter the building you either need an access card or to be let in by someone with an access card...or tailgate I supposed, but you're not really supposed to do that

If you can get into the building then you can get into the tearoom. It's at the back of the building on the first floor, so if you enter the building through the main entrance, keep walking straight and you have to pass through a few sets of doors to get there.
