ninja video is my personal favorite. i use it to watch Weeds, The Daily Show and The Soup. I also watched almost every episode of The Office and 30 Rock on there earlier in the summer.

I also use Ninja Video and Surf The Channel.

Let's also not forget that actual networks often host shows right on their site... for example, Weeds can be watched on showcase.ca. This will only work for Canadian networks though.

Totally tried that! I got so psyched for the new season, so the day it was set to air, I went to Showcase.ca and nothing was there. So I checked the actual channel, and I got nothing. So i did some searching and found out it doesn't air on Showcase until half a year after the show airs on Showtime in the States. Even worse, we can't get Showtime up here...its all Showcase.

So I was like "Eff that shiz, I'm watching it online."
