Welcome Day 2012 is scheduled for Friday, August 10, 2012. You need to register online (which you can do at the link below).

Does anyone know if there is some sort of confirmation sheet that we have to bring tomorrow?

If I remember correctly you don't need any confirmation sheet...all you have to do is sign up for welcome day through oscarplus.
I didn't even sign up for the event and went there with a friend of mine and they didn't say anything...they just took my email. When you get there they are just gonna check your name from a list that they have.
