It depends where you get on the bus. I think if you get on at stations they open the cargo. But you can also ask the bus driver if he can open the cargo.

haha you know it bud! Hedden Hall last year, CA for keyes and a Maroon rep for this year!....haha in all honesty just have fun with it. Students that go along with it always have a good time, those that come in with the "im too cool for this" mentality, really miss out

Who do you mean by "you"? McMaster doesn't keep any of your luggage. That stays with you at all times. You can either get your parents to bring it back or you can stash it in your closet.
