i had an interview for residence welcome week rep. It is behaviour-based questions for me...4 in total ...The questions were about a paragraph long and they expect you to answer each one in 4 mins. I of course, being nervous, answered each one in 2 mins and my interview was done in about 10 mins :(
so just know all your experiences off hand that would relate to being a rep

At mine (Humanities) they asked about why we wanted to be reps, suggestions to improve Welcome Week, and things related to repping like what boundaries to set with the first years, etc.

The results come out on Wed. so i dont know if I made it or not. And I dont recall the questions they were too long and I had my interview a couple of weeks ago... But more or less focus on how would your experiences help you in being a positive role model...

Oh they asked me these questions except for the last one you said in my application. And they also asked us to make a creative project (video, picture etc.) Thanks for the info. I hope you made it (fc)

Don't worry. The purpose of the group interview is to see how you interact with others and how you work in group situations. Just go in and have fun with it...

I was talking to a former rep and he said we didn't have to dress up.
Im going to, though, because I'm cool and girlliee like that.

And I dont think we need a resume, just have a creative component, I guess, like a vid, dance, cheer, a song, etc., so you stand out and they remember you.
