I had some kind of religious group approach me in the student center when i was sitting at a table alone last year. They asked me if I was "aware of the power of Jesus Christ and would be interested in a pamphlet", and that they were having some sort of event later I should come to.
Anyone have this happen to them at the student center before? Common occurrence or isolated incident?

My job is awesome. right now Im on here, and my boss in on Facebook chat. But only because we couldnt find a decent movie to watch on netflix.

Happened to me in the summer. There like...yeah were having a meeting in TSH you should come...They also talked about getting to know god and more blah blah blah...
*gets up and slowly walks away*
-- I swear they followed me. I ran into them again 30mins later

I haven't been paid 7 dollars an hour since I was 15.

You're getting paid $3/2.5 (can't remember) less than minimum wage. Are you working in an illegal day care in someone's basement? Like, come on.

i know, but that would apply for any amount of money, even something as minimal as $2, if you're comparing to someone who is unemployed. Doesn't make it great, though.
I worked for the MSU helping out with First Year elections and got paid $10/hour for walking around to the polling stations every now and then to see if the poll clerks were okay. Desda needs a raise -__________-

I once worked a job that required 14 hour days starting at 5am and got paid 5 bucks an hour. Worst, yet best job ever. Would never do it again though. I lasted one summer and burned out.
Bucketlist:
skydiving
travel the world
write a book
get married
have kids
try absinthe
save a life
climb a mountain
hike in the Amazon
Volunteer overseas
and a variety of..adult..things
