Love Proud Mary, the song is old but the video is Tina Turner preforming it when she was 70!

EDIT: in case the vid doesn't display properly for everyone here's the link : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EmH4YlNdWAg

Going to limit myself to three...no, four!

Steve Miller Band - Jet Airliner (1977)

Van Morrison - And It Stoned Me (1970)

Flaming Lips - Feeling Yourself Disintegrate (1999)
Traveling Wilburys - Handle With Care (1988) [I never realized they existed as a group]
Simon and Garfunkel - Sounds of Silence (1966)
Anything Beatles, Billy Joel, Pink Floyd, or Eagles
CCR is great, The Doors, Rolling Stones - Painted Black or Sympathy for the Devil.

Honestly I love most of the mid 60s to late 70s, its too hard to choose one song for me. It all depends on my current mood.

I'm not into todays "music", the newest stuff I like is from the 90s/early 2000s (Elliott Smith, Nirvana type stuff).

Here are some of my favourite older songs:

Neil Young - Down By the River

The Doors - When the Music's Over

The Band - It Makes No Difference

Pink Floyd - Money

The Rolling Stones - Playing With Fire

Kind of irrelevant, but they dubbed Pink Floyd's dark side of the moon album over The Wizard of Oz and it syncs perfectly, pretty cool:

A few that come to mind right now:

Pink Floyd - (in particular, 'The Dark Side of the Moon' album)

Sublime - Santeria

Ace of Base - The Sign
