It's kinda stuck between Thode and JHE... if you walk between BSB and JHE and go to your left once you reach Nuclear Research Building, then ABB will be the next building on your right.

...
Okay, actually it's near Thode, big glass thing that looks like a rubik's cube gone horribly wrong (what's with the floor plan anyway? It doesn't make sense to me).

even though the guy has found the building, i will also state the place
right next to JHE Annex, which is next to or at the back of JHE lol

It took me forever to try and find the tutorial room...and the lab area, even with the signs on the wall. The hallways make like zero sense.

lol. The actual building or some horrible memories?
I like BSB (though I might be a little biased), it seems so clean and new compared to the arts quad dungeons.
