Yeah, the first link you posted is for the Honours Life Sci degree program. It's a 4-year Hons. BSc program with the required courses listed on that link.
The second link you posted is for the General Life Sci degree program. It's a 3-year BSc program with less required courses than the honours program. Since it's not an honours degree, the minimum average is lower.
The third link is the first-year "gateway" Life Sci program. When starting at Mac, you can't apply directly to the major you want, you have to apply to one of the gateway programs and then specialize starting in your second year. The courses listed are the ones that you should take if you're in first-year Life Sci. Even if you want to continue in life sci (either honours or general), you still have to "apply" to it around Feb of your first year, and meet the required average for the program you want to get into.
