Have you tried contacting the Kin department telling them your situation? It's always worth a try if you haven't.

What about nutrition for biochemistry BIOCHEM 3N03

I brought this to the attention of the department but was refused :S

And unfortunately I dont have the prereq for biochem 3n03 EDIT: and I was also refused having it waived..
