2010 Winter OSAP release begins on Monday, January 4, 2010 at 10:00am in the McMaster University Student Centre, room 314 and will continue weekdays until Friday, January 15th between 9:00am and 4:00pm. Be sure to join the line by 3:15pm in order to allow enough time for processing.
Bring the required id and banking information:
- Proof of Social Insurance Number (SIN card – photocopy is acceptable, or a piece of Government of Canada official documentation such as Canada Revenue Agency Notice of Assessment, a Canada Pension Plan Statement of Contributions or a Confirmation of Social Insurance Number from Service Canada).
- McMaster Student ID card with a valid sticker
- VALID GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO ID
(a legible photocopy is acceptable)
- e.g. Driver's Licence, Permanent Resident Card, Canadian Passport, Canadian Citizenship Card, Ontario Photo Health Card, BYID Card - A void cheque/banking information
- No exceptions to this identification requirement will be made per Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities' policy.
