So I wrote my exam a couple days ago. I ha written in the same room but wasnt exactly sitting in right location of the room. Ex. DBAC (3) instead I wrote in different number. I'm kinda freaking out.. What do you think will happen?

You should be fine, as long as you didn't like... sit on the wrong side of the room, and that you actually wrote the right test.

I think I did this in first year math... twice. It was alright.

As long as your course code was on the sheet, it doesn't matter. They all go back to the instructor(s) to be marked, so they end up in the same pile. The divisions in the gym is just a way to get people separated and away from others writing the same exam. I've written in different sections because mine was full before, and that hasn;t been a problem.
