Just try to be really polite when you email the TA of Prof about it.
Really polite, but not a suck-up...

Hey so I ran into a similar problem last semester as I received a 7 in a course I knew I did better in. So I sat down with the professor and went over my marks and argued why I thought I should have gotten an 8. Next day he re-marked my essay and then changed my mark to an 8. Moral of the story, talk to your prof and try to sort it out there, if not then go to the department head and if all else fails you could try going to ombuds if you feel you were unfairly graded etc.

dont worry
It happened to me also just email the prof and tell him/her what grade you should have.
For me the prof had the right grade for me but registrar switched my grade with the name above my name so my prof emailed them and fixed it within a week

Do you think they have calculated it wrong or is possible that I did so bad on the final that my grade dropped that much? Should I email someone about this or is it too late?
I'd email the prof and see if you can sit down with them and go over the exam. Just explain that you didn't think you had done that poorly on the exam and want to know where you went wrong. That way, you don't come off as combative, but like you really care about your mistake.

However, I had a friend who did that for a course, and she actually did do that poorly on the exam.
