I got that e-mail too.

They said A LOT of students who decided to go to school outside Toronto really, really want York to let them switch to their Uni.

I don't buy it.

lol York tried so hard to get me to go there last year, they called my house twice but everyone told me how bad the violence was and stuff. I haven't met a single person with anything positive to say about it. It's too bad, they had many programs I was interested in.

You know if I was at York and had all of that Strike nonsense, I might've been a bit annoyed. :p

That might be why nobody wants to go. Haha. I mean, put if you put yourself in their shoes...I wouldn't be surprised if 95% of York students themselves want to leave York.

Interestingly enough I was at a party at a friend's who had friends from a bunch of other schools there as well (York, UofT, Ryerson).

One thing we don't have that they have is more freedom in course selection: because they have more students they have a larger variety of courses. Granted, I have a feeling that their courses are much larger in upper years...but sometimes I wish Mac had more options, or at least offered said options on a yearly basis.

Check to make sure there isn't a brain slug stuck to them, like in Futurama.
