You know that you want...

Fresh Fruit and Veggies!

Brought to you by Mac Bread Bin, the on-campus food bank, the orders for the February Good Food Box have begun and go until January 25th, which is next tuesday. The Good Food Box is a large bag full of fresh local Ontario produce and below is a sample of what the November Good Food box contained:

- 5 bananas
- 12 apples
- 4 yams
- 11 potatoes
- 4 pears
- 21 brussel sprouts
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 bag of carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cauliflower or broccoli
- 2 yellow peppers
- 1 bag of onions
- 1 head of red romaine lettuce

Cost:
Student only pay $12 because $3 is subsidized by the Grace Lutheran Church. But, if you could spare some pocket change, it would be awesome if you could pay $15. As well, Bread Bin users receive a discount and pay $9. Since the bags provided with the food are Ikea bags, we ask that you deposit $1, but if you return the bag, you get the $1 back.

Where to Order:
MSU Office, front desk will have order forms

Deadline: January 25th, until 4pm

Delivery: February 1st

Pickup: MSU office hours (until 5 pm)

This is a very economical way of eating healthy while also be eco-friendly!

Attached is a picture of the typical produce that appear in a Good Food Box.
