1LS3 over 1M03 for Business1 ?
It is possible for business first year student to take 1LS3 instead of 1M03, then get into Commerce in second year? Heard that 1LS3 is way easier

It's advised to take 1M03 and you might as well. Commerce isn't too difficult in first year and taking the harder math will just be better since I hear future commerce/econ courses are fairly math heavy so you might as well take the one that better prepares you for what you will see.

Micro econ is somewhat math heavy. But I can't recall having to use anything else from first year math to date (of course it probably depends what you want to specialize in).

Are you talking about 1B03, 2G03 or 2GG3?

I would imagine he was talking about 2G03- although don't neglect 3G03, and 4T03. If you're at all interested in economics, and even finance to an ever increasing degree, more math is a good idea.

1M03 is SUPER EASY in my opinion..and it's pure M/C so the answer is always right in front of you. Honestly, just do all of your homework before the exam. Also, 1LS3 covers sin, cos, tan, etc. which 1M03 doesn't even touch on

I was thinking about taking 2G03 as my only elective, but I won't get to take it with Holmes as that conflicts with a mandatory course of mine. :(
