30% off 2012/2013
I want to apply to the 30% of tuition this coming year but have no clue how! i didn't apply to osap...i want to pay upfront, but i want the 30% off...so what do i do and whens the deadline!!!

Go to OSAP and apply for it, it's below the full-time OSAP and part-time OSAP applications.
