You'll get into second year, and will be in Life Sciences II. If you remain in this program, you'll graduate after 3 years of university with a BSc.

You can reapply to Honours Life Sci and (presumably) other programs but I really don't know too much about that process, so I suggest you contact an academic advisor.

Probation is only for people with a CA between 3-3.5, so you're not on probation.

Kind of. You get to shadow the program you're interested in. Take as many courses in 2nd year of that program as you can so that you can re-apply after 2nd year with a higher CA. And you're not on probation, the only issue is that your average might be too low to get into any of the honours programs.

A sessional average between 5.5-5.9 will put you on program probation not academic probation (this is how it is with Life Sci), you will be admitted to the Honours Life Sci Program, however you have to maintain a good enough average (I believe a 6) for the next year to stay in the honours program.

Further information in that regard can be found on the course calendar.

All the best with everything!

For first year, I don't think that's too bad.

Assuming you took 5 courses a term and passed everything, I think you deserve a pat on the back
