If it includes everything (electricity, water, laundry, internet, etc) and is close to school with your own bathroom. Is that a good deal?

If you're the kind that spends a lot of time at home, i.e., does their studying at home too, and if the place is clean, then its totally worth it.

I'm living in my 3rd student house right now and quite honestly your deal sounds good. There are many that would argue that you could find a better price but I think it's important to live comfortably as well. Obviously I haven't seen this place but if it looks clean and was recently renovated, I don't see why not.

Thanks for you opinions, I only asked because the area around school goes from 350 to 450 usually.

500 is definitely on the higher end near the school but if it is a very nice place, it might be worth it

The price is actually 525. But I also find it a bit expensive too.

That's actually a really great deal! I thought you were saying about $525 only for the place, which isn't too too bad, but is definitely on the higher end. I don't know anyone paying over $500 for just the place itself, but I'm paying like $470, and that's not including anything.

So when you consider internet, ESPECIALLY HYDRO AND WATER, you are saving so much money, trust me! This past winter, our hydro bill alone was $700 for Jan-Feb. Jesus. I have no idea how it got so high, but it was ridiculous, and we had to split that between 4 people only...

So I'd personally say go for the hydro, electricity included option, so you'll never have to worry about arguments around the house and whose using heat at this time, or whose using the washing machine all the time, etc. etc.

It'll save you time and headaches too from running back and forth to from your bank to get the exact change to pay all the hydro and internet fees.

Good deal. I paid around that every year of University except one year where I paid $475 + utils and it ended up more than that per month. If you have your own bathroom it's even better.
