9-digit OEN consists of...
Applying for OSAP, and I'm encountering the space for an Ontario Education Number for the first time.
I've found one digit under Mugsi > OSAP > OEN
But while applying, it says I'm missing the other 8!
So what makes up my, or any OEN? Is it my student number plus a couple of zeros?
Thank you!

Thank you, but I don't have my old report cards. Do you know any other way to find it?

If you call your high school they should be able to get it for you. Or if you have a copy of your high school transcript, it will be on there as well.
