A2L Login Error
Hi,
I was recently logged into A2L, but I had closed my web browser. Upon reopening it and trying to access A2L I was presented with the following text:
I728[Account Expired]
There is a problem with your MAC ID. Please contact the Service Desk at (905)525-9140 extension 24357
for further assistance and quote the error code.
---
Has this happened for anyone else before? I'm not sure why my account has apparently expired.

yeah, and I went to change my Mac ID password on the McMaster UTS website, and it said "Mac ID expired".
They don't open until 8:30 tomorrow, and I need to view lecture notes. This is ridiculous.

Well it's a good sign that this isn't only happening to one person. I'm sure they'll resolve the issue as soon as possible. It is ridiculous though, I agree!

You can fix this error by logging into mugsi and then enabling your MacID services. I just did that and it instantly worked for me.

Happened to me too.
There really should be 24 h support on these things. Students work on stuff around the clock. Isn't there anybody in India who understands Avenue?
Fortunately, I see a fix has been posted. I'm going to try it.
