Not true... It's not hard to take a break after a chapter or sub-chapter. That's what I did last year. After every chapter or sub-chapter I would take a break, walk around, drink some water, etc...

I think it's a lot easier when the material is already divided for you. Unless if the chapter is like 100 pages of course XD

I always study for hours on straight...I don't take breaks at all and it works for me [shrugs] It's gonna be difficult to force myself to take breaks..
