Account Statement
In MUGSI, my "account statement" says that my student account balance and payment agreement balance is zero. But when I click on "pay your account", my payment agreement still has a balance. Is this a glitch or something?

Probably just a glitch, whatever it says in your student account is what you should be looking at.

I paid my tuition a week and a bit ago by money order and it still has not shown on my student account. is this normal to have like 7 business days go by and it not show up on my account?? Does the fact that my bank paid by money order make it longer?

Thanks for any help guys!

Well, do you know the exact date the bank mailed the money order?

Plus the time it takes to reach McMaster (probably like 3 business days but it depends on how busy the postal service is).

And then the time it takes McMaster to process it (I don't know how long that would take, it depends on how many people are sending payments).
