Are you interested in learning about the link between mood and problem-solving?
Dr. Andrews' lab is looking for participants in a Cognitive Ecology of Mood study. We are trying to understand the relationship between mood and analytical problem-solving, specifically working memory. Participants are given a memory task to solve and must record their present mood on several questionnaires over the course of the experiment.
We are currently accepting students of all years and programs. A single session will take about half an hour, and if you participate in the experiment you will receive $10 monetary compensation. Should you decide to sign up you can do so through Experimetrix; our experiment number is 164. We have time slots Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 3:30.
