anatomy courses?
i'm looking for any anatomy courses to take, i'm a 4th year honours bio student

american schools require a year of anatomy for schools of my interest

i've read someone recommend bio 2A03, bio 3U03, 3UU3, saying they are generally accepted, but they're physiology courses, imo, i think they would've specified

after all, one is a study of processes, the other is of structures

and as i'm aware, i'm full on my first year courses i can take :S

any help will be greatly appreciated

The only offered anatomy classes are Kin 1A03/1Y03/1AA3/1YY3. There's a 3rd year course: BIOLOGY 3XL3 COMPARATIVE VERTEBRATE ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY. But I'm not sure if that would qualify. Also, you can take pre-reqs that are 1st year courses, they just wont count towards your degree, so you might have to overload/take summer school to make up for the degree courses.

i think you should be good with bio 2A03, 3U03 and 3UU3. maybe email the schools themselves and check? only other anatomy course that you might be able to take is med phys 4XX3 but it's only half year and is an antireq to all of the previous. but maybe you could get permission to take that and bio 3xl3 or something. other than that, what sara said!

Every school I've contacted in the States for optometry accepted the physiology courses as a substitute for the anatomy prerequisites. You should also contact the school you are interested in applying to and figuring out if a physiology course is accepted.
