When I took anthro 2G03 last year with Colarusso it was called Indo-European Myth. I'm not sure if the outline would have changed along with the name or not. But this is my breakdown of the course last year: It was a set of five open book quizzes (the last one was still a quiz but it was held during the exam period). It was an okay course, an 11-12 is very possible in the course, however it requires alot of time. Some of the books that we had to read weren't too lengthy but others were pretty long and filled with a bunch of different stories, so only having one hour to write these quizzes you actually needed to know your stuff regardless of it being open book. In addition, his lectures are basically the readings (which are different myths) and he does have a courseware with his notes (which are basically breakdowns of the stories) however he does mention things in his lecture (ex. changes to the details of some of the stories based on a different version of it, etc) that isn't in the courseware or the readings and he usually tests on stuff like that. The tests were pretty fair, in my opinion, so I'd say it was a good course in which you could do really well but if you're looking for something light, this isn't it; it did require alot of reading and independent prep for the quizzes. Hope that helped!
