I am OBSESSED with Coldplay. Anyone else like their music? Been to any of their concerts? They are working on new material for their next album right now .

Viva is great. Why not? I know tickets sold out really fast. I managed to get some.

I've listened to it hundreds of times now and it's still an amazing piece regardless. I know some people think that Coldplay is a bit too 'mainstream' or 'generic', but they are a pretty phenomenal group. Chris Martin's falsetto and range is mind boggling, and their piano compositions are stunning.

Their concerts are AMAZING. If you have the time to watch Coldplay Live 2012, it's a great concert DVD of their Mylo Xylotour. We don't know when the next album is coming out. People who have ran into Coldplay at their recording studios have said that the band thinks it could be by the end of the year, but I doubt it. It always takes longer than what they say. Mylo Xyloto was released almost a year after they said it would be. But what we do know is that they cancelled their entire tour of Latin America, without reason, and now they are recording new music. So I'm guessing they want to get this album out more efficiently than the last time, and Latin American might be the first concert series of their net tour to make up for cancelling their promised tour there. I love Coldplay! My favourite band! Loved them since 2004, X&Y was my favourite album. They came to Toronto 1 or 2 years ago and did a free open concert so sad I missed that :(

Almost 2 years ago they played a free concert downtown and I was lucky enough to get front row. Best night of my life. I saw them last summer too at the ACC. Do you like their newer stuff as well?

Yeah their newer stuff is nice too, I liked Viva La Vida! Their newer music is a lot more different from their old stuff but in my opinion I liked their old style better!

I'm a huge Coldplay fan!!! Seen them twice in concert.
