did you guys set up a curtain infront of your closet? if so .... how did you get a rod to get there without putting in any nails and also do you know how long it is?

Not a girl, and i haven't lived in Bates before (going this year!) but you could probably use a shower rod. They use friction to hold up the curtains and don't require nails/screws. They're extendable too, so its usually just one size.

I believe the price ranges on how fancy they look, i recently got one for my shower and it was like $50 for a moderately nice one. So i guess you can get a cheaper looking one for $30ish, or a fancier one for $70ish.

I thought I would hate having my closet all open but it ended up not being too much of a problem. I never ended up hanging a curtain. I think it made the room feel a bit bigger and forced me to keep my closet tidy

too much hassle for a place you will only be living in for 8 months. Lived in Bates, 6 rooms, no one had a curtain! It's fine.

I used a shower rod and a curtain panel to cover the closet in my off campus house. I got a single curtain panel from giant tiger for under $10, and I got the shower rod from Dollarama at university plaza for $1.25. Works just fine.
