Mythology...
If you can help me out, I will legitimately love you forever and ever and ever!
... I'm writing a comparative essay on the treatment of the Polyphemus in Homer's Odyssey (book 9) and Virgil's Aeneid (book 3)... I have the main points for similarities/differences, and my thesis is about how Virgil's version just touches upon things that weren't presented in Homer's version, rather than trying to outdo Homer.
Apparently my thesis isn't good enough, though, and I need another reason why Virgil makes his version similar to Homer's without completely copying it..
...I doubt that anyone will see this in time,
but like I said, if anyone can help me out even the slightest,
I'll owe you big time!
