i really need to get in for my second year program but it says its full
if anyone's dropping it please let me know

if it's a required course for your second year program, you should be able to get in. if contacting the prof for seat authorization has not worked, i recommend going to the associate dean or the dean. they can overrule the profs.

I know a couple of people dropping it, so you should be able to get in .

PS- Speaking of which, anyone who took Math 1LS3 last semester willing to sell their course ware and textbook ?

If anything, let me assure you that taking it in summer will gaurantee you an easy 11 or 12.

Source: myself. I took it during the school year in 2009 (2nd term) and had to drop it after 3 tests - they are tricky , so that was like one month before the exam when i decided to drop. I was getting around a 60% , but in summer I had a 12.

I saw Math 1LS3 open yesterday night.. Guess people can't handle 8:30's . Anyway, keep checking!

This depends more on the professor than when you took the course. If the same professor hypothetically taught during the school year and during the summer, the summer would be more difficult since the material would be condensed.
