Anyone have any past Bio 1M03 tests from Dr. Stone or Dr. Quinn?
Hi, I'm looking for anyone willing to sell their old Bio 1M03 midterms who were in Dr. Stone's or Dr. Quinn's lectures. This is greatly appreciated. Inbox me for details. Many thanks!

Actually, I think you'd get into trouble for distributing them.
Since most of the biology tests actually have a copyright disclaimer on them.
And the bio dept is the only dept that cares about that stuff.

This is Dr. Stone's first time teaching this course, I believe. You're not going to get old midterms for his section.

How do you take notes in this class? >_>
I'm pretty sure that even the slides are not made by him (just edited some text), since they all say copyright Pearson Education (or whoever published the text) at the bottom. 95% of the examples given by him are straight from the text. Aaand he pretty much just reads off the slides (which are all up on avenue).
Most of the time I just sit there an dunno what to write. Everything he says is already available to us online or in the text. Halp?

make sure you read both textbook and lecture notes for midterms. Quinn asks lot of questions from textbook, which he dosent cover in lectures.

Lol. For Stone, at the moment, I use a laptop (now you'll look for someone with a laptop to find me ), and I have the slides on half the screen using NitroPDF, and MS OneNote on the other half. I scroll through the slides along with him, adding whatever he says as well as the green text to OneNote, and editing some parts with NitroPDF.

Would you mind sharing any green text he "utters" in lectures? That'd be pretty cool.

I love how you said he utters. That mic situation today was funny.
I don't have all of them typed out. Just this week's material. I only started doing that this week. All prior notes are written in my notebook, because he started posting longer, more important things only this week...
Everything before was pretty much common sense or non-testable material (from what he said, i.e. 3rd year Bio 3FF3(<-his favourite course, imo) terminology for factors leading to evolution such as m for migration, etc).
Why did Alastair say that the Chi squares are not on the midterms? ...that would've been easy!

I've been taking my notes by hand in stone's class and gosh he talks toooo fast whenever he gets to a slide with a lot of text on it x| some profs tend to forget that there are some of us old fashioned notebook-pen note takers and just zip through everything.
