I need a single bedroom apartment under $650, preferably close to mac.

Any suggestions?

I live in the Woodlands, I think 1BRs are around that price.

You need to pay your own electricity which would be around $50-60 every two months

student house's are pretty much built to house the most number of students possible, you will pretty much find yourself running into ppl over and over again in the same cramped space. An apartment, even split among friends is much more spacious.

I have been apartment hunting and the woodlands is by far one of the cleanest and most affordable places I have seen amoung what was left (mid june)

how about the apartments near colombia college. I don't know if they're only resitricted to colombia college students and don't know there price but they're pretty close to mac. I sometimes see family people leaving or going in.

beverly hills apartment near Metro is a good option.
