1) Talk to professor one-on-one. State to them why you feel you deserve a better grade. Have specific examples of why.
3) Contact OMBUDS if you feel uncomfortable talking to your prof one-on-one. And they can invigilate the meeting.
2) If this doesn't work, talk to the department head; and again you can do this with the help of OMBUDS
