Apple launches the iPhone
Quite an amazing device. Too bad I don't have $500 lying around

Watch all about it at the keynote at CES:

It's much more than just a phone! Check out this spoof from the Conan O'Brian show.

(somehow I'm still happy using a phone which was dated 3 years ago when I bought it)

yes! Michelle was saying how we might get the apple guy to do some tutorials on pro tools... which would be nice. I want him to teach us Final Cut Pro

I watched the whole keynote from the apple website, it was really good. Only thing I thought was sort of dumb was when Steve compared iPod to the Microsoft Zune. iPod was obviously on the market much longer and Zune just came out... and he showed how Zune has so little marketshare... well duh! Its actually doing quite well for just launching so recently. I guess Steve just wanted to bash the zune for all its worth

what parts of the keynote did you find the best?

ooh, I want him to teach us final cut pro, also. I need to learn me that shite.

haha, Steve Jobs is my hero/idol/weirdo old man crush. lol... he's a cocky SOB with balls the size of the first UNIVAC, thus he can get away with competitor bashing like no other Silicon Valley pirate could.

Best part of this macworld keynote, by far, was when the projector controller broke and, to fight silence and embarassment, Steve told the story about the Woz and him in college. They made that signal scrambler to make watching Star Trek for their nerd buddies nearly impossible. hahahaha....ooooh Steve(s).

yeah, I watched the keynote twice. First time was the day it came out...I made popcorn and watched it after my night class. haha...I watch every keynote like it's my job.
