assignment moratorium prior to final exam period ?
can anyone direct me to a url that explains the number of days prior to the commencement of the exam period that an assignment cannot be due during ? a link that explains the policy and how it works @ McMaster.

are you talking about the test and examination ban period? i think assignments also apply there.

its in the sessional dates, just google "mcmaster sessional dates"

Thanks, I found it. It appears to only apply to tests and exams.

Actually I heard from a prof it applies to assignments as well. Don't know if it's true. But unofficial he said he will accept it later. So I guess it depends on the prof.

A quick google search will bring you to this document.

It's worth noting that it says assignments worth more than 10% cannot be assigned during the ban. I had a prof tell me that since her assignment was assigned earlier, even though it was due during the ban, it doesn't count. Which is bs, but they can get exemptions pretty easily anyways.
