Authorized Seat
I got an email from the business department saying they opened up more seats. They said if you emailed them with your name and the course and student id they would authorize a seat. I never got an email back, do you think they still authorized me a seat?

And how would I know if I have a spot in that course?

Thanks.

Not sure if they would e-mail back. I never got an e-mail back when seats were opened for me last year....

You'll know because there is a part on SOLAR that says what courses you have seats reserved for you. You'll also be able to add the course.

I sent an email to the academic advisor a week or two ago and I still haven't received my seat yet. I was just wondering if you're supposed to include what term you want for the course.

That would be good if you want a specific term. I highly do not recommended e-mails. They are the worst form of communication. Call them tomorrow.

I meant to call today, but I received my seats today. The only problem is that I'm going to have to re-choose most of my labs and tutorials to fit them in. Do you think they would allow me to choose the cores that I want?

Not unless all the other cores conflict.
