So, I know there is someone to contact that deals with SOLAR primarily but I can't find that number...does anyone know?? I can't find it anywhere =(

my main problem is that solar keept booting me out of the system and so it has now suspended me from entering untill 5 today...i cant wait that long!!! i have NO courses registered because solar keept kicking me out even BEFORE the 45 minute deadline.

On top of this i've been emailing profs about opening up seats in some courses and they said they would give me a seat if i gave them my student number...now how does this work? i mean i cant get into solar now so i don't know if i'll miss my spot..i wasn't sure that if u give them your student number they reserve a spot ONLY for u..

does anyone know?? plzz help =(

Yeah, if you give the profs your student number, they'll reserve a seat for you (hence it being YOUR student number), so that when you go onto SOLAR there's a section that says 'unused course permissions' or something to that effect, and it will show up there. Then, you can pick the courses from the drop-down menu and they should be available. It won't matter if you can or can't get on before 5pm today, because the seat will be reserved for you.

"Suspended" you so you can't get in until 5pm today? That's new. Can you post a screenshot of the message saying you're suspended from SOLAR?
