Keep in mind that even when your browsing your using bandwidth.. also overhead adds up too

I agree I have teksavvy at home and I can game, download movies, and stream divx content with no problems. Youtube loads in a few secs. It takes like 20min to download a 700mb file so it isnt that bad.
