Being eligible for a program?
Out of the four programs I chose, I was only eligible for Honours Life Science.
However, I checked the requirements and it seems like I have the requirements for one of the ones (Bio Molecular Genetics) I wasn't eligible for?
Also, what does it mean I'm eligible for a program? Does that mean I don't get in until they send me an e-mail confirming acceptance into the program?
And, if I mirror the Honours Molecular Genetics or Biopsych program, would I be able to get into the program for third year?
Very confused, thank you!

If you think you're eligible for another program, it can't hurt to e-mail an academic advisor.

Eligible means that you are accepted, but you have to choose the program when you log in to SOLAR when we choose our courses for next year.

Honours Molecular Biology and Genetics has limited placements, so you probably weren't good enough to beat your peers.

If you are eligible, you will have able to select that program as your program of choice right before picking courses.

You can mirror that program and apply to it the following year. You should note however that placement is still limited and it will depend on how many people actually accept the program this year and how many people fail to move on to third year next year.
