So when do we accept our "eligible" second year major?
I know that we choose our courses on the 7th... or so SOLAR says (if i'm wrong please correct me) but when do we accept our second year major? Will there be a section on SOLAR or will it just be in the same page when we choose our courses?

No, you will not be on the 7th. Check the MI annoucements to see what day you fall on. And yes, when you log into solar you pick it there.

MacInsiders Announcements. On the main page of this website, scroll down until you see the announcement about course selection dates. The day you pick on is according to your level and faculty.

You accept your major right before you pick your courses.
