I liked GA's finale actually (I think I'm part of the minority who did lol). Can't wait for both of them start up again~

I like Happy Endings too (well, what little I've seen of it at least). I'll be sure to watch the rest!

Haha, I've only watched a few episodes here and there. But I will add it to my list of shows to watch!

One of the funniest shows of all time: the Sarah Silverman Program.
In the show, Sarah has two gay friends who live in her apartment building. They are the most un-stereotypical gay couple possible. They're into sci-fi and dungeons and dragons, and are fat, lazy and smoke a lot of weed. Very funny stuff.
Of course, this might not be the type of show you're looking for, based on the shows you had in your post (all of which IMO suck).

Meh to each their own, I suppose lol. I'd probably be into it though, Sarah Silverman is kind of hilarious.

I agree, that was an amazing show, too bad it was cancelled... Brian and Steve are awesome (albeit, awkward)...
I don't really like LGBTQ shows in general because they tend to be more about focusing on their genre, rather than actually having any compelling story/content (haven't seen a lot though)

There's a main character in Torchwood who is bi (technically i think he's omni or something) but is portrayed more as gay since i don't remember him ever being with a girl. Not much is done with that until season 2, then it's very relevant in season 4.
Can't think of any other shows that haven't already been mentioned

There's a pretty good show about a Male to Female trans-girl as a hired hitman, it's pretty good from what I've watched: trailer

another one: ER. there were many characters who were LGBTQ, and a pretty good representation of them!

There's Torchwood! And the episodes of Doctor Who that have Jack Harkness (end of season 1 and end of season 3) although I recommend watching the first 4 seasons, amazing show. Kalinda in The Good Wife (another amazing show, fantastic writing) is bi. I think there's a couple of gay characters in Battlestar Galactica.

There's also gay characters in main(-ish) roles in "Shameless", "United States of Tara" and "Oz".
I've only watched bits and pieces of these shows but, from what I've seen, they all seemed pretty good.

Bomb Girls has a pretty good lesbian character. She is actually developed and has more to her story line then just being gay, which is refreshing.
