there's a place in hamilton known to have the "best wings." it's called Red Rockets but its pretty far from McMaster, but if your dad has a car its about a 20 minute-ish drive.

i like wing's up (on upper wellington). way better wings than red rockets and better sauce selection and they deliver to the mac area too which is awesome
