Need a place to play Badminton, other than McMaster. Anyone know of one?
title says it all any help greatly appreciated

good question..i would like to know as well..cuz the the courts in the gym are always occupied :( sadness...

Hey guys, i am wondering the saammee! lol but i am glad to see other people who want to play badminton! looking forward to beating you guys on the court lol

As far as I know, there is no place near Campus where you can play Badminton. Unless you have access to the school that is on Main Street (on the way to Downtown from Mac).

But there is a Badminton club that you can join just for $15 for the whole year (I am not sure about the price but that's what I have heard) and they play every Friday and Saturday at 6PM except exam weeks. So you can always join that club.

PS: Good to see more people who are interested in Badminton

The gym also has the nets set-up on certain days at certain times. I haven't been able to get my hands on the new athrec book yet so I don't know the times. It's free during those times, if you need rackets and birds you can borrow them from the front desk where you enter. They put it on your student card so if you lose the bird or break the racket you have to pay for it. You can also bring your own.
