The McMaster World Congress is taking place this week!


On January 16th-18th, 2008 the 29th McMaster World Congress will be at the Hamilton Convention Centre.

This year's event will include a student development track, where the necessary skills to survive in the corporate world will be provided. This track will include topics such as managing finances during and after school, dressing for success, presentations and oral communications, and information about obtaining your MBA or PH.D.

There is a great line up of speakers attending the conference including:
  • The Chief Knowledge Officer from NASA
  • The 1998 Brain of the Year, beating out Bill Gates
  • The Program Director of BMO's Information Management Initiatives
  • The Senior Vice President in the People Division of Maple Leafs Sports and
  • Entertainment
  • You will have the opportunity to meet representatives from numerous organizations as well:
  • Enbridge
  • Bank of Montreal
  • Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP
  • Xerox
