McMaster World Congress - Economic Crime Prevention Conference
In January of 2009, the fight against economic crime will be brought front and centre to Hamilton by the DeGroote School of Business. The 30th McMaster World Congress is an illustrious business conference examining relevant issues and trends in the global economy today, and this year's theme is Economic Crime Prevention.
This dynamic conference includes over 40 speaker presentations, 8 meals, 2 elegant wine-and-cheeses, 2 panel discussion and a host of other networking events and features. Keynote speakers of international renown will highlight the proceedings, including Sherron Watkins, the whistle-blower of the infamous Enron Scandal; Chris Mathers, former undercover infiltrator of organized crime rings, and
David Wilson, Chair of the Ontario Securities Commission.
