Looks like the closest one to Mac is the Jackson Square one. Hm I don't remember at all if they do the bike engraving. You can just give them a call and ask if they do. If they don't they might know which centres have the equipment for it. All I know for sure is that the one on Concession St does it. You can fill out a citizen report at any centre though.
