blank page solar
anyone having the same porblem? my solar isnt even opening, doesnt even indicate stuff like (max poeple using solar. try later) its just a full blank page

Yes, I'm having the same problem... sometimes it says that "the maximum allowable number of students are using SOLAR", but usually it's just blank.
Any ideas on why that happens?

mine stopped saying "max allowable blah blah blah 45 minutes" a while ago. I get the blank page every time.

if it shows in blank page should i close it and get in again.
or should i just leave it to load (does it ever open from a blank page??)

how do some people get on so fast ??

If it helps anyone, when I try to get on to solar using safari, I get the maximum allowed message. However, when I try using Firefox, all I get is a blank page. I don't know if it means anything, but the connection for me is faster when using safari.

chrome does show up " The maximum allowable number of students are currently using SOLAR. Please try again later" page fine.

i tried Safari still get maximum number note
i'm just gonna stick with chrome
