It seemed easier getting into the Old Mugsi/Solar than this new one..

I got in and made my changes. SOLAR itself ran fine for me, just a little sluggish. Everyone just keep plugging away, good luck!

It is absolutely mindblowing that one of the "supposedly best" universities in Canada uses a system so woefully inept and inadequate. This should be McMaster's #1 priority on getting fixed.

I've got in thrice. Every time it gets me through the Registration page & then logs me out saying that my 45 mins are up Ughhhhh !!!!?!?!?!?!!!!

I got in once at 8.30 on the dot...same thing happened to me and I haven't been able to get back since :'(

They can't change the system whenever they feel like it because MUGSI and SOLAR are linked across all departments and are built into the infrastructure of the mac system or something, so it would affect a lot of mac's system to do downtime to fix solar. this is what I remember someone from the SRA saying on a thread on MI around here somewhere...

anyway, they do have a plan for redoing solar and mugsi in the works, but it won't take effect till 2014-15 if I'm not mistaken.

Sigh... just hoping I'm lucky enough To handle solar over the next three years...
