Were I you I would take that post down. I was there for that event and the university admin came down really hard threatening expulsion to people who they caught uploading onto facebook etc. Not that they are going to be upset now (this was 3 years ago) but they still dont want people to highlight what they would consider a very embarrassing (although kinda hilarious in an outrages way) moment for the university.

Wow, it has already been that long? McLean was really upset about it, he could have lost his job for the same reason you pointed out, it is an embarrassment to the university and that is enough to cut the person lose.
I feel bad for the poor fella. It will follow him for a long, long time.

One of the upper year students McLean knew. The student thought it would be a harmless prank but that wasn't the case. Some found it extremely offensive, some found it inappropriate and some found it hilarious and McLean was to blame.

Why was McLean blamed if he didn't call the stripper?

The same thing applies when the children's misdeeds will hold the parent accountable. Such accountability would result in getting a fine or worse, thrown in jail. The funny part, the parent didn't do anything wrong but they're to blame.
That's what happened to McLean. He didn't do anything but he got in trouble.
