Generally, no course will explicitly permit this. For most courses (I'd say about 99% of them...) you would have to have special accomodations with CSD for this to be a possibility. I'm not sure how common this is or what any of the regulations are surrounding it, but if you think it's something you need (as opposed to something that you want but could do without), then you can go talk to them about it and see what your options are.
